A Symphony of Flight and Flora on 2 Dec 2025 (Tuesday)
This exhibition is dedicated to showcasing the compelling work of a new generation of artists poised to share their individuality in exploring fresh perspectives, distinctive choices and technical experimentation in defining contemporary photography. This event was curated not just to display images, but also to represent the artists’ identity to the environment. It aims to encourage the audience to create dialogue based on their views in recognizing the images seen.
This year we will feature two new artists, Rovee Tan and Helena Leechiu, both university students paving their way in expressing their emotion and creativity through art. In a world saturated with images, these talents cut through the noise by offering their perspective of the pristine vista that resonates with the Maker’s hands.
The event provides an opportunity for the guests to witness the early work of tomorrow’s voices, in support of FaithActs, a non-profit community care service with a vision to impact, change and transform lives of children with learning difficulties, youth-at-risk, disadvantaged families and seniors with challenging needs.

FaithActs hosted Makan Together: National Day Celebrations on 16 August 2025 at Block 52A Pavilion, where residents came together for a warm and welcoming communal dining experience. Over two meaningful hours in the day, everyone enjoyed the local favourite, nasi lemak, alongside our youth volunteers and befrienders.
We were also honoured by the presence of Minister Chan Chun Sing, who spoke candidly with residents and, in his lighthearted manner, encouraged seniors to exercise, bring along their neighbours, and care for one another.
The Learning Hub & Sports/Adventure (Mon – Fri, 2pm to 6pm)
FaithActs provide a structured after school learning programme for students aged 7-12. We also introduce different sports and adventure activities to bridge children and youth from diverse backgrounds to educate them on inclusivity and community living.
Workout & Social Recreation (Tue – Sat, 10am to 12noon)
We customise quality and affordable weekly fitness programmes for seniors conducted by geriatric physiotherapists and trained volunteers. The seniors learn different types of exercises to strengthen their muscles and improve their balance to help them in the prevention of falling. The social recreation programmes comprise a wide range of activities to engage the seniors physically, mentally and socially.
