The youth outreach programme is aimed at providing platforms for youths to learn, grow and develop by working together and / or reaching out to and meeting needs in the community and society. This is achieved through engaging them in meaningful activities such as community programmes, as well as sports, adventure or creative arts workshops, competitions and performances, which in turn help to build up their character, resilience, confidence and esteem.

The community outreach programme is aimed at meeting the needs of the people living in the community, thus enhancing their family and community life. This includes free community health screenings, community parties, family field trips or excursions and parenting talks or workshops. In order to enhance their sense of social responsibility, youths are also encouraged to help as volunteers in these activities, thus deepening their awareness of others, self, society and their roles in the community.
