The Community Outreach seeks to reach out to individuals, families and organisations in the community to find out their needs or partner with them to impact the community.
We want to engage individuals, families, and organizations to contribute to one and other and transform the community that they are in. We also want to generate greater awareness of our programmes and services so as to increase our reach to the people or families in need.
