FaithActs' Commitment to Senior Well-being: Peranakan Museum Outing on 17 July 2025 (Tuesday)
Seniors from the Active Ageing Centres at Block 40 Margaret Drive and Block 50 Commonwealth Drive recently enjoyed a delightful visit to the Peranakan Museum Singapore. They were captivated by the rich stories and fascinating facts shared about the museum’s collections, and had a great time exploring the exhibits. Teatime was a colourful affair, complete with an array of traditional Peranakan kueh – each bite a sweet reminder of cherished memories and cultural heritage.
Coming up on 17 July, seniors from Block 118 Commonwealth Crescent will have their turn to visit the museum, with the day concluding with a hearty luncheon at Westlake Restaurant to savouof timeless culinary treasures kindly sponsored by Mr & Mrs Vincent Ho.
HP Inc. to Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with FaithActs Seniors on 29 Sept 2025 (Monday)
By partnering with FaithActs for this Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, HP Inc. demonstrates its dedication to corporate social responsibility and community involvement.
This meaningful event promises to be a heart-warming occasion, celebrating cultural heritage through craft making and game engagement with the senior community. We extend our sincere appreciation to Pines Food Delight for generously sponsoring a festive luncheon for all participants, including our dedicated volunteers.
FaithActs hosted Makan Together on 21 June 2025 at Block 91A Multipurpose Hall, where residents gathered to enjoy a warm and welcoming communal dining experience. Over the course of two meaningful hours, we shared more than just delicious local food — together with our befrienders, we exchanged heartfelt conversations, laughter, and mutual support. It was a wonderful opportunity to foster neighbourliness, strengthen bonds, and build deeper understanding in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Let’s continue to connect, dine, and grow as neighbours.
Stay tuned for our next Makan Together this August!
